Poor quality, incorrect sizing, bad customer service

Looks like many others have the same complaints that I do. I ordered three items from this company, I'm a size MEDIUM and ordered a LARGE dress. What a joke! The zipper won't even close it's so small! Further, it looks NOTHING like the photo. The other two items on my order never arrived, and my only options are to get replacements sent out or store credit. They won't refund my money. Not an option. I told them that store credit is pointless because I have zero desire to ever order from them again. Also, please note that all their clothes are made in China so the sizing is extremely small. I've had the same problem with another company. Do your research and if things come from China, don't order from the company! Returns are near impossible and good luck getting a refund. And it seems that many others arent' receiving their items either. Shop local, you'll save yourself a lot of frustration.

i dont expect to be refunded but was only hoping to warn others to not waste there money wish i did it sooner.

I ordered 6 different items and four of the six were not bad only two were okay. Two were okay smaller and bad stitching and the other two were not something I would choose to take if they were free.

I understand bad stitching small sizes but these was so beyond what the picture said it looked like. I just cant be bothered to return them or if see if its worth the hassle id return only to which cost forty altogether. I have uploaded photos I took and the pictures they had on there website the pictures are not great but the pink is so bright and the both pieces are so see through. the red dress ill post is much shorter then original pic.

I spent 100 dollars for this order. I am 5"9 160 and i ordered all large the one size fits most were snug but id still wear.

the yellow dress as the only one that fit good but not as low cut and i wouldnt pay 100 for it. not worth the gamble .

They take your money and don't ship your items! 4-5 attempts to get a refund, never refunded, never received merchandise. This place is either a scam operation or too *** to know how to ship their items. They email back saying they shipped months ago with no tracking proof at all. Please do not buy their goods. There are much better causes to DONATE YOUR MONEY TO! I just went onto their live chat mode to complain and have now been locked out of it.This place should not be in business. I am still waiting for a refund or merchandise since February 18th! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT!

Paid in full early December 2015.I am getting my lawyer! Dirty company!!!!!! NEVER EVER ORDER from this company.I have also contacted the attorney general in New York state. They have been ripping people off for a long time now and it must stop! No record found with shipping company.Nasty Dress does not take consumers seriously.I will be sure to warn everyone on Face Book about this company. And I have over 1000 friends so hopefully the word will spread like wildfire NEVER order from this company!

I was sent the wrong size. My order summary clearly had a 2XL on it and I was given a S. I promptly jump on there web site set up a ticket to do a return/exchange took the pictures it requested. They write back, sure when you pay for the shipping and handling we would be happy to help. Why would I have to pay for shipping and handling? I didn't mess up? I was sent the WRONG size. Very unhappy. Cheap product, *** service, NEVER AGAIN for me!

It says 3-7 business days. They have until March 18th to get it to you. Business days are Monday through Friday.

Really? If it takes 3 days for overnight delivery from Fancy Farm, Ky to Clarksville, Tn.

(which I know as I do this every month), how on earth can a shipment from CHINA (that has not moved since it was shipped out on March 8th according to tracking details on Nastydress.com) arrive by the 18th? (by the way that is the same three days it takes to get from TN. to Ky which is only one state away with overnight delivery. Think they will fly it in to Fancy Farm, Ky?

I doubt it! They are too cheap to do that.
