I purchased four dresses more than two months ago, and two of them never arrived. In the beginning, the customer service responded to my complain that it would ship shortly.
But then a week later, they contacted me that they do not have the item anymore. They offered me for refund for the item but the refund has never happened. Afterwards I tried to send some messages to cancel them but it does not go through because the order number does not work for some reason. The tracking number never worked either.
I am still waiting for my order or refund. It is really disorganized company.
