ORDERED 2 ITEMS ON 2ND DECEMBER, PAID BY PAYPAL.I WAITED WEEKS AND WEEKS AND NOTHING ARRIVED SO I THEN OPENED PAYPAL DISPUTE AND HEARD FROM THEM VIA PAYPAL WEBSITE INSTANTLY SAYING ITEMS WOULD ARRIVE.

i THEN ONLY RECEIVED ONE ITEM ON 6TH JANUARY 2017 AND THIS PACKAGE WAS SO BADLY LABELLED IT WAS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. STILL WAITING ON 2ND ITEM HAVE HAD NO WORD FROM THEM. THEY REALLY DON'T CARE OR HAVE ANY PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE EMAILED MANY TIMES AND STILL HAVE NOT HAD ANY RESPONSE.

THEIR WEBSITE SAYS THEY ARE CLOSED FOR CHINESE NEW YEAR. THE AMOUNT I SPENT MAYBE SMALL BUT THAT IS NOT THE POINT.

I WISH I HAD REVIEWED THIS COMPANY BEFORE PURCHASING.HAVE EMAILED MANY TIMES .....NO RESPONSE.
