I placed my order with nasty dress and received a confirmation email stating my order would be shipped next day. After a month my order was still 'processing' and after trying to contact the 'service department' and also the direct email for the website I had no response.

Luckily I had used Paypal to purchase my item and started a claim through their resolution centre. Within a day I had an email from Nasty dress customer service team stating that I would get my refund within 7-10 days (no explanation as to why I would have to wait so long for a refund) and was told to 'Just close the claim'

I refused to close the claim without my refund but daily I had emails from the company telling me 'we have said we'd refund you, close the claim' in the end I just ignored them as responding was fruitless.

Paypal had given the company a set date as to which they needed to respond but Nasty dress refused to reply through the resolution centre, only using their own websites service centre to contact me.

I was very surprised when I did receive my refund from the company and I'm certain the only reason I did was because I had Paypal's backing and that my item was not particularly expensive ($33) and would urge any other consumers struggling with this website to use Paypal's claim and resolution centre if they had used Paypal as their payment method.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
