Hidious!I placed an order for my item to arrive before Christmas.

Paid for priorty shipping. Was unaware this company is based in China. My order just arrived one week ago. Good luck getting anyone one the phone with Customer Service.

I had to email them and they refused to take back the item ordered. However, the promised my shipping to be refunded in full.

Have yet to receive my shipping refunded and today they stated, they're closing out my ticket.I'd suggest you save your money & order someone else.
